Our office recently prevailed at trial concerning a commercial lease dispute in Los Angeles Superior Court.  Landlord Lawrence Robone disputed the length of a commercial lease and whether an option was exercised.  Firm client, tenant Cereno Daje Recycling Center, was found to have exercised an option for a term of additional years.
